Trumbo film costumes on display...

Last year's Trumbo is the biographical movie about the life of Hollywood screenwriter 'Dalton Trumbo' (played by Bryan Cranston), who was blacklisted from the film industry for his support of the Communist Party of America during the 1950s, although kept writing under various pseudonyms.

This selection of original costumes worn by the cast in the historical movie were photographed on display at the FIDM Museum in Downtown L.A. on February 12, 2016.

Daniel Orlandi was Costume Designer on the 1950s real-life Hollywood drama and you can see more film costumes from Trumbo that were on display at the ArcLight Hollywood cinema when the film opened in theatres.

In the movie Helen Mirren played the notorious entertainment columnist and staunch anti-Communist, 'Hedda Hopper', whilst Diane Lane played his wife, 'Cleo Trumbo'.
